Too much time spent working hunched in front of a keyboard has left my shoulders weak and hunched. My left shoulder experiences pain when I’ve tried to do some exercises to build strength. I’ve been doing an exercise called Cuban Rotations for a few months, but only yesterday did I get the angle right to feel the back of my shoulder working. That’s where my pain and weakness is the worst.
I’m guessing I achieved more in 2 sets yesterday than I did the entire time I’ve been doing them up to then.
